so tonight after work i went to the gym... after a good stretch in the sauna i head back to the lockerroom to get my iPod. well apparently my body didnt want to go... a vein in my leg burst and started spraying blood everywhere... after a couple hours in the ER i am released... so if you would like to pray for me you could... thank you all

Holy moly! That shouldn't happen! Are you okay? Why did it asplode? I have so many questions.....
